Judo is the Japanese Martial Art and Olympic Sport of Grappling encompassing dynamic throws, submission techniques such as arm-locks, strangles and holds that may be practiced by all.

The club has a permanent dojo (training centre) with world class instructors, all former national team members and two of which are Olympians. We cater for all levels of Judo from novice to those pursuing national and international competitions.
